Cultural Clubs

Theater, photography, choral singing, instrumental music – Bayer employees are involved in many forms of art and culture.

In 17 clubs at the Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Dormagen and Krefeld sites, both employees and non-employees can develop their talents. Supporting the clubs, which have all been independent associations since 2012, is an important part of Bayer AG's social commitment. Of the cultural associations at the Leverkusen site, the Bayer Philharmonic Orchestra, the male voice choir and the Bayer Wind Orchestra can look back on more than 100 years of existence. The concerts of the Leverkusen ensembles are an integral part of the city's cultural life. Numerous concert tours have made the orchestras and choirs famous far beyond the city's borders.
